How to Use

1. Shake well before use to mix the oil and water layers.

2. Soak a cotton pad with the remover.

3. Gently press the pad onto the eye or lip area for a few seconds to dissolve makeup.

4. Wipe gently without rubbing harshly. Repeat if necessary.
